SHIPPING
AVAILABILITY
We only ship
locally within MALAYSIA.
There will be
courier charges calculated according to weight of purchased items and shipping
address.
DELIVERY
TIME
We will only
dispatch your order once we have received an acknowledgement of payment from
your good self. Orders will only be shipped after the payment has been cleared.
Once the shipment is out, we will notify you the Shipment tracking number by
e-mail. However, if we do not have the stock for the product(s), you will
receive a notification from us and the delivery may take up to 1
week.
RETURNS/REFUND
POLICY
There is no
return/refund for the goods sold. However, warranty policy is applicable as
below;
1. Mobile
Concepts warrants its products against all defects in material and workmanship
for a period set by Mobile Concepts on the warranty card from the date of
original purchase.
2. The limited warranty excludes any damage or loss
arising from or related to any accident, corrosion, misuse or inappropriate use,
unauthorized alteration, or repair by any unauthorized service centres. Terms
and conditions apply.
3. Kindly make sure the Mobile Concepts product
comes with genuine sticker and warranty card.
4. Please keep your
original purchase receipt and present it for verification when
required.
5. It is advisable to contact our service centres / customer
care lines; or log on to product support pages for technical support,
troubleshooting and information related to the product details and
warranty.
6. Send back the
defective item to our HQ Office.

confirmation order.)
